From math to emotions
All the data captured by the partner’s sensors needed to be translated into emotions. Flowcharts are ideal for discussing and simplifying complexity, helping different areas of expertise speak the same language and collaborate.
First prevent, then recover
We saw that performance feedback helps people self-correct, so we turned it into simple Activation and Distraction scores on the dashboard. Recovery strategies step in only when prevention isn’t enough.
